Short version

The tools on /tools run in your browser. Text, files and pasted content stay on your device and are never sent to our servers. The rest of the site is a static website served by a CDN, uses cookie-free analytics, and does not sell personal data.

What we do not do

• We do not run servers that receive your tool inputs.
• We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• We do not create user accounts.

Data processed in the browser

Built-in tools use WebCrypto and local JavaScript. If you pick "hash a file", the file is read into memory, hashed, and discarded when the tab closes. Some tools remember your last input in localStorage so you do not lose work on refresh; you can clear it any time by clearing site data.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. It gives us aggregate page-view counts only.

Links to other sites

Directory entries link to third-party sites governed by their own privacy policies. When you leave ToolsKit, your data is their business.
